tests: pygments 2.14+ highlight whitespace in python code

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Ama

  $ hg an a

  $ hg --config ui.strict=False an a

  $ echo "[ui]" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "strict=True" >> $HGRCPATH
