branchcache: rename `load` to `_load_heads`

We are about to have more similar function, we rename the existing one to a more
meaningful name and mark it private in the process.

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
