hghave: matchoutput needs to use bytes for regexp

file output is bytes in py3, so we need each regexp to be bytes

  $ hg rm a

  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
