run-tests: remove resultslock since it serves no useful purpose

Each child process has its own copy of the results dict, so all access to the results dict is serial.

  $ mkdir sub
  $ echo 321 > sub/b
  $ hg add sub/b
  $ hg commit -m "second" sub/b

  $ cat sub/b
