changegroup: use changelog.readfiles

We have a dedicated function to get just the list of files in
a changelog entry. Use it.

This will presumably speed up changegroup application since we're
no longer decoding the entire changelog entry. But I didn't measure
the impact.

Failed qimport of patches from files should cleanup by recording successfully
imported patches in series file.

  $ echo "mq=" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ hg ci -Am'add a'
  adding a
  $ cat >b.patch<<EOF

qimport valid patch followed by invalid patch

valid patches before fail added to series
