remotefilelog: remove most of the debugwait* command in the tests

Since we use a dedicated developer config, we do not need them anymore.

  $ hg init a
  $ cd a

Should print nothing:

  $ hg add b
  $ hg st

  $ echo y > b/y
  $ hg st

Should fail:

  $ hg st b/x

Should fail:
