obsutil: clarify the access to "repo"

We use the variable multiple times and we might use it even more in the
future. We use a temporary variable instead.

run jshint on all tracked files ending in .js except vendored dependencies

  $ cd "`dirname "$TESTDIR"`"

  $ testrepohg locate 'set:**.js' \
