tests: better test coverage of merges of flags

This makes existing problems with merges of symlinks and files more obvious and
add test coverage for tricky merges without real common ancestors.

  $ mkdir a

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b

Relative delete:
