tests/test-rebase-pull.t

sortdict: add iteritems method

Future patches will start using sortdict for log operations where order is
important. Adding iteritems removes the headache of having to remember to use
items() if the object is a sortdict.

pull --rebase --update should ignore --update:

  $ hg pull --rebase --update

pull --rebase doesn't update if nothing has been pulled:

pull --rebase works when a specific revision is pulled (issue3619)
