inotify: server: use wprefix everywhere, introduce prefixlen

self.wprefix = self.repo.root + '/' = self.repo.wjoin('') + '/'
Since we'll eventually get rid of self.repo, keep only the first form.

use self.prefixlen to compute only once the root prefix size.
