sshpeer: reflect actual command activity one handshake
The output from devel-peer-request is expected to give data about request and
roundtrip done to the server. Changeset a9cffd14aa04 changed some of that by
grouping hello and between commands call. However, the old sequence of command
was "emulated" in sshpeer.
Update the sshpeer to reflect this grouping of commands and update the tests
that use it.

============================================ Testing obsolescence markers push: Cases B.3 ============================================ Mercurial pushes obsolescences markers relevant to the "pushed-set", the set of all changesets that requested to be "in sync" after the push (even if they are already on both side). This test belongs to a series of tests checking such set is properly computed and applied. This does not tests "obsmarkers" discovery capabilities.
