node: import symbols explicitly

There is no point in lazy importing mercurial.node, it is used all over
the place anyway. So consistently import the used symbols directly.
Fix one file using symbols indirectly via mercurial.revlog.

hg debugsub with no remapping

test cumulative remapping, the $HGRCPATH file is loaded first

   source   C:\libs\bar-lib\
   revision 

test absolute source path -- testing with a URL is important since
standard os.path.join wont treat that as an absolute path

   source   http://example.net/abs
   revision 

  $ echo 'abs = /abs' > .hgsub
  $ hg debugsub
