tests: deal with "ls" vs "ls -A" difference on 2BSD derived systems

BSD-derived systems will use "ls -A" when running as root. Adjust the
test cases to always use the flag and include .hg and related output as
appropiately.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
