log: switch to FROMLINE:TOLINE syntax for -L/--line-range

This is more consistent with the followlines() revset.

  $ hg add sub/b
  $ hg commit -m "second" sub/b

  $ cat sub/b
  321

  sub/b not present

  $ test -d sub || echo "sub not present"
