bookmarks: add an option to make pull mirror remote bookmarks

For backups for instance. Merging bookmarks is not a useful behavior
in that case.

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

  adding a/b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
