abstractsmartset: document the `fastasc` and `fastdesc` attributes/methods

See the in-line documentation for details. (This is the beginning of a massive
overhaul of revset).

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ touch foo

this should be stored as a delta against rev 0
