This is a test of the wire protocol over CGI-based hgweb.
initialize repository

  $ hg init test
  $ cd test
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Ama
  adding a
  $ cd ..
  $ cat >hgweb.cgi <<HGWEB
