Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
posix: give the cached symlink a real target The NamedTemporaryFile file is cleared up so checklink ends up as a dangling symlink, causing cp -r in tests to complain on both Solaris and OS X. Use a permanent file instead when there is a .hg/cache directory.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
