rust-core: extracted a revlog submodule This moves fundamental definitions from the top of the crate to the newly created `revlog` submodule and reexports them for easy compatibility. As we are about to add new features to this crate, we felt it will improve clarity, and moreso if `ancestors` and `dagops` would become submodules of `revlog`. difficult on Windows), please at least run `contrib/check-code.py` on
any files you've modified and run `python contrib/check-commit` on any
commits you've made (for example, `python contrib/check-commit
273ce12ad8f1` will report some style violations on a very old commit).
