test-extension: make the test compatible with chg

This test fails when run with chg. This commit just makes the test chg
aware by fixing the output of some of the tests.

Test Plan:
Ran the test 'test-extension.t' with and without '--chg' option.

Remove a file that was added via merge. Since the file is not in parent 1,
it should not be in the diff.

Rename a file that was added via merge. Since the rename source is not in
parent 1, the diff should be relative to /dev/null
