revsetbenchmarks: fix argument parsing

The file doc was saying something, the code was doing something else, the
argument validation was doing a third thing.

Doc and behavior now comply with the argument defined in the code.

  $ echo "[extensions]" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "mq=" >> $HGRCPATH

  $ hg init

  $ echo 'base' > base
  $ hg ci -Ambase
  adding base

  $ hg qnew -mmqbase mqbase

  $ hg qsave
  $ hg qrestore 2
  restoring status: hg patches saved state
