tests: make merge conflicts explicit in `hg annotate` tests
We were using `true` as merge tool. I think it makes the test easier
to understand if we make the conflicts explcit. It also papered over a
conflict that shouldn't have been a conflict (just a bug in copy
tracing). I've marked that "BROKEN".

==================================== Testing head checking code: Case B-3 ==================================== Mercurial checks for the introduction of new heads on push. Evolution comes into play to detect if existing branches on the server are being replaced by some of the new one we push. This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.
