revlog: use int instead of long

By my reading of PEP 237[0], this is completely safe and has been
since Python 2.2.

Create a short file history including a merge.

  $ echo a >> a

  $ hg up -qC 0
  $ echo b >> a
  $ hg ci -m t3 -d '2 0'

  $ hg debugindexdot .hg/store/data/a.i
  digraph G {
  	-1 -> 0
