perf: add perfmoonwalk command to walk the changelog backwards This lets us test the effectiveness (or ineffectiveness) of the revlog chunk cache when walking revlogs backwards.

  $ hg init
  $ echo "nothing" > a
  $ hg add a
  $ hg commit -m ancestor
  $ echo "something" > a
  $ hg commit -m branch1
  $ hg co 0
