fix: run fixer tools in the repo root as cwd so they can use the working copy
This lets fixer tools do things like find configuration files, with the caveat
that they'll only see the version of that file in the working copy, regardless
of what revisions are being fixed.

============================================ Testing obsolescence markers push: Cases B.1 ============================================ Mercurial pushes obsolescences markers relevant to the "pushed-set", the set of all changesets that requested to be "in sync" after the push (even if they are already on both side). This test belongs to a series of tests checking such set is properly computed and applied. This does not tests "obsmarkers" discovery capabilities.
