hg-cpython: refactor matcher transformation logic

This reduces duplication and will allow for recursive transformation in
UnionMatcher.

run jshint on all tracked files ending in .js except vendored dependencies

  $ cd "`dirname "$TESTDIR"`"

  $ testrepohg locate 'set:**.js' \
  > 2>/dev/null \
