rhg: Add support for the blackbox extension
Only `command` and `commandfinish` events are logged.
The `dirty`, `logsource`, `track` and `ignore` configuration items
are not supported yet.
To indicate commands executed without Python, a `(rust) ` prefix is added
in corresponding log messages.
