tests: make a multi-statement hook in bundle2-exchange Windows compatible

This is similar to the fix in 7dd1870120b2.

  $ hg init
  $ echo This is file a1 > a
  $ hg add a

  $ ls

  $ hg add b
  $ hg commit -m "commit #1"
  $ hg co 0
