diffhelpers: use Py_ssize_t in addlines()

Eliminates

  mercurial/diffhelpers.c(81) : warning C4244: '=' : conversion from
  'Py_ssize_t' to 'int', possible loss of data
  mercurial/diffhelpers.c(82) : warning C4244: '=' : conversion from
  'Py_ssize_t' to 'int', possible loss of data

when compiling for Windows x64 target using the Microsoft compiler.

Mercurial's documentation is kept in reStructuredText format, which is
a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
