test-remove: drop a useless Windows specific conditional The Windows branch didn't pick up the 'deleting' progress bar addition from 62e73d42bd14. But since the Windows branch already globbed the error message, let's just drop the other branch.

to build a new macosx binary package:

install macpython from http://www.python.org/download/mac

install py2app from http://pythonmac.org/packages/

make sure /usr/local/bin is in your path

run bdist_mpkg in top-level hg directory

find packaged stuff in dist directory
