pycompat: fix a bytes vs str issue in `unnamedtempfile()`

This seems trivially correct, though the only two uses I found both took this
path.  So I'm guessing we're missing test coverage.

  $ echo This is file a1 > a
  $ hg add a
  $ hg commit -m "commit #0"
  $ ls -A
  .hg
  a
  $ echo This is file b1 > b
  $ hg add b

B should disappear
