help: provide help of bad alias without executing aliascmd()

The output is slightly changed because of minirst formatting.  Previously,
ui.pushbuffer() had no effect because "badalias" message was written to stderr.

"if not unknowncmd" should no longer be needed because there's no call loop.

Create extension that can disable symlink support:

  $ cat > nolink.py <<EOF

Make a clone using placeholders:

  $ hg --config extensions.n=$TESTTMP/nolink.py clone . ../win-repo

  $ cat b
  a (no-eol)

Empty placeholder:

Write binary data to the placeholder:

  $ hg --config extensions.n=$TESTTMP/nolink.py st --debug

Write a long string to the placeholder:

  >>> open('b', 'w').write('this' * 1000)
  $ hg --config extensions.n=$TESTTMP/nolink.py st --debug
  ignoring suspect symlink placeholder "b"

Commit shouldn't succeed:

  $ hg --config extensions.n=$TESTTMP/nolink.py ci -m1

Write a valid string to the placeholder:

  $ hg --config extensions.n=$TESTTMP/nolink.py st --debug
