test-subrepo-svn.t: partially adapt for Windows

hg forget 'notafile*' is changed to use a name that is valid on Windows so we
still get the same error ... but the error message is disabled because it
varies with the Windows version.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b

  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
