chg: replace abortmsg showing errno with abortmsgerrno
Since we have abortmsgerrno now, use it to show human friendly error messages
across platforms.

$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
Running without installing:
$ make local # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version # should show the latest version
