pytype: stop excluding wireprotoserver.py

The `config` entry is a 2 part tuple, which has `__iter__()`:

Create an empty repo:

  $ hg init a
  $ cd a

Try some commands:

  $ hg log

Check the basic files created:

Should be empty:

Poke at a clone:
