keyword: fix weeding of expansion candidates when recording

Rearrange tests to check this, i.e. that there are changes
in other files, not only the recorded one.

  $ mkdir t
  $ cd t
  $ hg init

  $ hg commit -m test
  $ rm .hg/requires
  $ hg tip
