perf: fix `perfhelper-pathcopies` report of #changesets

The previous computation `<base>::<target>` was wrong, what we actually need is
`::<target> - ::<base>`.

This is now fixed

  $ hg add b

  $ chmod -w .hg/store

  $ cd ..

  $ hg clone a b
