setup: hgbuildmo inherits from Command

hgbuildmo does not need anything provided by the build class.

  $ hg init a
  $ cd a
  $ echo foo > b
  $ hg add b
  $ hg ci -m "b"

  $ chmod -w .hg/store

  $ cd ..

  $ hg clone a b
