run-tests: be more judicious about bytes vs string on test attrs

This introduces a bname attribute for when we need to use the test
name in a path, and retains name for when we need it as a
string. Sadly, we seem to need both of these.

  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
