mercurial: use pure Python module policy on Python 3
The C extensions don't yet work with Python 3. Let's minimize the
work required to get Mercurial running on Python 3 by always using
the pure Python module policy on Python 3.
from mercurial import util
def makedate():
return 0, 0
def getuser():
return 'bob'
def getpid():
return 5000
# mock the date and user apis so the output is always the same
def uisetup(ui):
util.makedate = makedate
util.getuser = getuser
util.getpid = getpid
