templatekw: add experimental {status} keyword
This is another example of fctx-based keywords. I think this is somewhat
useful in log templates.

Testing obsolescence markers push: Cases A.3
============================================
Mercurial pushes obsolescences markers relevant to the "pushed-set", the set of
all changesets that requested to be "in sync" after the push (even if they are
already on both side).
This test belongs to a series of tests checking such set is properly computed
and applied. This does not tests "obsmarkers" discovery capabilities.
Category A: simple cases
TestCase 3: old branch split in two, only one of the new one pushed
Variants:
# a: changesets are known on remote
# b: changesets are known on remote (push needs -f)
A.3 new branchs created, one pushed.
====================================
.. {{{
.. B' ○⇢ø B
.. | |
.. \Aø⇠◔ A'
.. \|/
.. ● O
.. }}}
..
.. Markers exist from:
..
.. * `A ø⇠○ A'`
.. * `B ø⇠○ B'`
..
.. Command runs:
..
.. * hg push -r A
..
.. Expected exchange:
..
.. * chain from A
..
.. Expected exclude:
..
.. * chain from B
..
.. Extra note:
..
.. If A and B are remontly known, we should expect:
..
.. * `hg push` will complain about the new head
.. * `hg push` should complain about unstable history creation
