revset: raise ValueError when calling min or max on empty smartset
min([]) raise a ValueError, we do the same thing in smartset.min() and
smartset.max() for the sake of consistency.
The min/amax test are greatly improved in the process to prevent this familly
of regression
This tests if hgweb and hgwebdir still work if the REQUEST_URI variable is
no longer passed with the request. Instead, SCRIPT_NAME and PATH_INFO
should be used from d74fc8dec2b4 onward to route the request.
