tests: fix a stale reference to experimental.uncommitondirtywdir

These tests no longer test the config option, they test the command
line flag.

  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

  adding a/b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
