largefiles: get cwd and relative paths from repo instead of matcher

As far as I can tell, the matcher returned from matchandpats() got its
cwd from the context object, which in turn got it from the repo, so
this should be equivalent.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
