revsetlang: fix quoting of %ls string

Before, "'" wasn't escaped appropriately. This also changes the separator
'\0' to '\\0', but that's okay as a string token is unescaped.

  $ hg init a
  $ cd a
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am0
  adding a
  $ hg tag t1 # 1
  $ hg tag --remove t1 # 2

  $ hg co 1
