py3: convert content-type to bytes This fixes the exception: TypeError: %b requires a bytes-like object, or an object that implements __bytes__, not 'str' On the line: ui.debug('Content-Type: %s\n' % content_type) And it prevents additional exceptions that use the content_type variable later. difficult on Windows), please at least run `contrib/check-code.py` on
any files you've modified and run `python contrib/check-commit` on any
commits you've made (for example, `python contrib/check-commit
273ce12ad8f1` will report some style violations on a very old commit).
