root: add support for -Tformatter option

It's useless right now, but it should just work and I want to add a few more
fields.

  $ cat >> $HGRCPATH << EOF
  > [extensions]
  > fastannotate=

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

changes to whitespaces

  $ cat >> a << EOF
  > 1
  > 
  >  
  >  2
  > EOF
  $ hg commit -qAm '1'

  $ hg commit -m 2
  $ hg fastannotate -wB a
