fix: convert clang-format-ignorelist to use wildcards

It's very brittle to specify the exact filenames for these vendored/thirdparty
libraries; when there's an upgrade, it's likely not going to be updated.

  (branch merge, don't forget to commit)

Bogus fast-forward should fail:

  $ hg merge b
  abort: merging with a working directory ancestor has no effect
  [255]

Even with strange revset (issue4465)

  $ hg merge ::.
  abort: merging with a working directory ancestor has no effect
  [255]
