py3: flush stdout This avoids buffering due to mixed print() and sys.stdout.write() by profiling code. And with this, test-profile.t passes on Python 3 \o/. Honestly, I'd be shocked if there weren't more Python 3 encoding issues lingering in the profiling code. That code isn't super high quality and doesn't seem to have thorough test coverage. Mercurial's documentation is kept in reStructuredText format, which is
a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

  http://docutils.sourceforge.net/rst.html

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

  http://docutils.sourceforge.net/

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
