util: remove unused realpath (issue4063)

util.realpath was in use for only 5 days from dbdb777502dc
until it was backed out in c519cd8f0169 because it caused
issue3077 and issue3071.

basic test for hg debugrebuildstate

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ touch foo bar
  $ hg ci -Am 'add foo bar'
  adding bar
  adding foo

  $ touch baz
  $ hg add baz
  $ hg rm bar

  $ hg debugrebuildstate

state dump after

  $ hg debugstate --nodates | sort
